We provide fault finding, repair, adjustment, calibration and testing services on boilers, inert gas (IGG/IGS) and fire/safety systems.
On inert gas generators (IGG) and inert gas systems (IGS) we perform detailed fault analysis on burner ignition sequences, fuel systems, combustion air systems, valve actuators, PLC control signals and oxygen analysers. Flame failure alarms are traced to root causes such as fuel/air adjustment or defective solenoid valves; after replacement, the ignition sequence is tested.
In boiler burner control and combustion air control we carry out diagnostics on Siemens-type airflow actuators/positioners and electronic control cards, with replacement of cards or complete units and reconfiguration work.
Inspection and functional testing services are also provided on fire detection, water mist and fixed fire fighting systems and boiler safety circuits.
