CRP Marine provides onboard and remote service for fault finding, repair, maintenance and commissioning of ship automation and control systems. We work on engine control, alarm & monitoring systems, PLC-based controllers and HMI operator panels.
Among the systems we attend in the field are Kongsberg AutoChief-type machinery automation and RPME-type remote control units (DPU). Failed alarm groups and "system failure" indications are handled with root-cause analysis; power supply, communication lines, digital/analog inputs, solenoid outputs and RPM-related signals are systematically verified.
We also carry out program reinstallation, system setting verification, internal maintenance and recovery works on automation computers such as ROS 1 / ROS 2. After the service, the system is restarted and boot, application startup, communication and operating status are verified from the operator display.
Every attendance is concluded with a clear service report covering findings, work carried out and recommendations.
