We provide detailed inspection, maintenance, repair and commissioning of marine electrical panels and motor starter panels. Panels are safely isolated and opened for internal examination; main power contactors, auxiliary contacts, time relays, control circuit components and associated wiring are checked.
Oxidation, carbon deposits and arc marks on contactor contact surfaces are removed, and contacts are reconditioned to improve electrical conductivity. Busbar connections, power terminals, cable lugs and control terminals are inspected for tightness and signs of abnormal overheating.
Selector switches, start/stop push buttons, indication lamps, ammeter, running-hour meter, space heater circuits as well as standby and automatic changeover functions are tested. In ACB and protection relay works, electrical diagnostics, UVT replacement and protection checks are carried out.
After maintenance the panel is reassembled; contactor pick-up and release functions and all control operations are tested before the equipment is returned to service.
