We provide inspection, maintenance, adjustment, calibration and functional testing services on maritime process and instrumentation systems such as OWS, OMD, tank gauging, gas detection and BWTS.
Maintenance and functional tests are carried out on oily water separator (OWS) control panels and oil monitoring devices (OMD), with work reported in line with MEPC 107(49) requirements. On devices such as the RWO OMD-21 we check the desiccant cartridge and humidity indicator and verify operation.
In tank gauging systems (e.g. TankRadar STAR-type), we rectify communication faults between sensors, I/O boxes, SCUs and the operator workstation, and recover system disks by cloning to protect data and configuration.
Fault finding and testing works are also carried out on gas detection and safety systems and on ballast water treatment (BWTS) electrical and control systems.
